A layered workplace designed to support collaboration, culture and everyday moments of connection.
The Unita Perth office was designed to move beyond the traditional workplace, drawing inspiration from hospitality environments to create a studio that feels social, welcoming and flexible.
At its centre, a kitchen and bar anchors the space, encouraging informal meetings, team connection and moments of pause throughout the day. From here, the office unfolds into a series of distinct zones including banquette seating, communal tables and quieter work areas that support different ways of working.
A warm and grounded palette of textural tiles, deep timber tones and soft upholstery is balanced with concrete floors and dark ceilings, creating a refined by relaxed backdrop for the studio. The result is a workplace that reflects Unita’s collaborative culture, designed as much for gathering and conversation as it is focused for work.
