Cool, hard wearing materials are softened by warm timber accents, shaping a space that feels both elevated and effortlessly approachable.
Sprout Bakery reimagines the everyday bakery as a refined, experience-led retail environment where product, materiality and customer journey are carefully considered in equal measure. Designed with restraint, the space balances monolithic stone elements, clean detailing and hard-wearing finishes against the warmth and softness of the handcrafted offering. Retail display becomes part of the experience, with curated product moments encouraging spontaneity while maintaining operational functionality.
A combination of short stay and longer dwell seating creates flexibility for the modern customer, whether grabbing a morning coffee or settling in for a slower pause. The result is a bakery environment that feels elevated yet approachable, transforming a daily ritual into something quietly memorable.
